The 2020 Vision was delivered in February 2005 by Rick Atchley. The Vision consists of four parts:
* Jerusalem: Directing our witness to our local community in N.E. Tarrant County.
* Judea: Directing our witness to the DFW Metroplex and beyond to cultures much like our own.
* Samaria: Directing our witness to multi-cultural communities in Tarrant Count and beyond.
* Ends of the Earth: Directing our witness to other nations around the world.
