Rooftop Scar Stories: The Generosity of Scars (ft. Bonnie Carroll)
A big part of the Rooftop podcast is creating relevance in hard times. No one embodies that more than Bonnie Carroll. When she lost her husband Army Brigadier General Tom Carroll in a tragic plane crash in 1992, she re-purposed her grief into creating an organization known as the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS). TAPS has since done so much for families of the fallen in the War On Terror. Bonnie was awarded the Presidential Medal Of Freedom. She is proof positive for you and me that flowers grow out of the rocky ground and there is a path for all of us to make an impact in the toughest of circumstances - join us for this inspirational interview and then share widely!
