There’s a formula for happiness, apparently

Jake Tyson is all about keeping things simple. Even when it comes to life’s bigger, and arguably more woo-woo, pursuits - like finding happiness. The carpenter-turned-TV-personality found his larger life purpose in sharing with others how he learnt to slow down, focus on the every day, and find happiness in the process.
