What inspired you to start out then decide to build the business? It must have been a crowded space to get into and difficult to stand out.

How do you manage the different aspects of being artist driven versus business focused?

With studios in Korea, Ireland, and California in the USA, you are perfectly placed for a round-the-clock workflow. Was this by plan or by accident?

Can you give us a sketch of the digital media ecosystem that Wilmer Sound exists within?

How do you approach new business development?

Has Covid changed the way you work over the last two years?

Is there a typical lifecycle for projects? Is there always a crunch at the end?

Entertainment and media are luxury sectors but also incredibly competitive, low-cost, and lean. How do you make sense of that contrast?

Big strategic shifts are happening across film, tv, games, interactive media; can you talk to the changes you have seen and comment on where you think it is going?
