I was almost 10 yrs struggling from OCD, not able to do many things since last 3 4 yrs. After sessions with you I realised that OCD thoughts are not real and they are very much scary. Your you tube videos are very helpful. You only guided me to go through it, accept it, don't try to chase it and most important is its not you, it's your neighbour talking with you.
