She earned her Ph.D. in Swine Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed a postdoctoral fellowship. Dr. Liu holds a Masterโs in Animal Sciences and a Bachelorโs in Biology from China Agricultural University. Her research expertise includes developing strategies to improve gut health in animals.
