Meet the guest: Dr. Yanhong Liu is an associate professor of animal nutrition at UC Davis, focusing on monogastric animal nutrition. She earned her Ph.D. in Swine Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed a postdoctoral fellowship. Dr. Liu holds a Masterโs in Animal Sciences and a Bachelorโs in Biology from China Agricultural University. Her research expertise includes developing strategies to improve gut health in animals.
