Canadian born Amber O’Hearn, MSc, is a data scientist by profession with a background in mathematics, computer science, linguistics, and psychology. After moving to the US, she began experimenting with different forms of diet, in order to retain her health and balance her mental state. She has been studying and experimenting with ketogenic diets since 1997. She has been writing prolifically, and speaking about her experience and expertise on stages all over the world, and on many shows like ours. Amber has been eating a carnivorous diet for over a decade and lives on the other side of the hill from us is Boulder, CO!
