Jessica is a Certified Holistic Health Coach with a background of 8 years in pediatric occupational therapy. Jessica has extensive experience working with individuals with varying degrees of abilities and helping them to achieve their goals. Jessica has a passion for working with adult women who desire to learn how to eat and live in healthier ways that are joyful and sustainable. Jessica uses a holistic approach that focuses on the individual and their unique bio-individuality. She combines nutrition, neuroscience, and common sense to improve overall function and wellbeing. She educates on the WHY so that women feel empowered with the information and tools they need to be their happiest and healthiest self.
