Guest Bio: SJ Gooding is a mother, writer, mentor, consultant, and creative entrepreneur. Her practice of the healing arts combines yoga + somatics and holds space for individuals, groups, and teams. She has been on a path of reclamation and remembering our magic since she was a young girl. Through her teachings and spirit guides, she now brings healing and guidance through her full medicine bag of tools that bring greater clarity and meaning to life.
