Born to a chef mother, Andre grew up around Taipei's Shilin night market and in Japan. At 15, he set sail solo for France–a country blessed with deeply fascinating cuisine and culture. From there, Andre worked his way up in the catering world while developing his conception of the craft, summarized in his unique "octaphilosophy".

A starred chef and a multifaceted artist, Andre is a leading figure in Taiwan cuisine. So, it's only natural he should be feature on #InnoMinds, where his interview with Audrey promises to be flavorful!
