The film follows the story of a young lawyer working to save an innocent man from a false murder charge. The random topic this week is all about the Black checking of Kamala Harris after she was named as the running mate to Joe Biden this year. We discuss the implications of this, and where there might be some much deeper rooted issues is trying to alienate her and others who ascend to this particular level of American success/power.
