Menopause impacts 50% of the world’s population yet it’s often misunderstood, undertreated and shrouded in stigma. Ignoring the symptoms can negatively impact the health and quality of life of those experiencing menopause, as well as the health of businesses due to increased absenteeism, loss of productivity and even turnover.
