This week we're starting off with a recommendation from Louise for Chaakoo Bombay Cafe in Glasgow. Renee is making our mouths water with caramel butterscotch muffins and the most delicious cinnamon rolls you will ever eat.

Then we get into this week's topic - things you didn't know are rooted in magick. We're talking about making wishes, everyday divination and throwing salt over your shoulder. We also talk about some superstitions and some of the mundane beginnings of these ideas.

When it comes to releasing, this week Louise is letting go of letting the weather get her down, and Renee is tired of feeling so dang tired. We end on an awesome note talking about cosy pyjamas and the joy of getting through your reading pile, ready to start a fresh new book.
