REVEALED: Instagram star Alexis Sharkey cause of death

Social media star Alexis Sharkey's nude body is found by workers just after Thanksgiving. She spends time with friends and makes plans for the next day but didn't show up for their planned movie day. Now the autopsy reveals Sharkey was strangled.
