Being Healthy is SO confusing today. There are so many things that used to be healthy but aren’t anymore. Raisin BRAN (but it’s sugar), Oreos are VEGAN! FRO YO. Hidden sugar is even in green beans! My wife trained for a marathon and was up to 21 miles and they told her running keeps you fat!
