A person who got into training to improve as a baseball player. With that I’m a father and a husband who’s trying to make a positive impact on people’s health.
1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career?
Seeing Bartolo Colon in spring training and seeing how skill trumps all taught me to be more of an ally and a resource.
2) If you could ask one question and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
If you viewed yourself as a business, would other people invest in it?
3) What’s your escape?
Spending time with my wife and daughter, cooking/training, and learning about new things outside of just training.
