How can you be a more active participant in your life? And what does it mean to be a participant?

I’ve thought about this a lot lately, with the pandemic and the racial injustices brought up by Black Lives Matter. How do we show up and bring our best selves into life? Being a participant implies action. We need to not just sit on the sidelines but get involved.
