In our 7th episode, we speak to Vanjul Jain, Managing Director at Youngman India

In 2011, Vanjul grabbed the opportunity to become the general manager for the Indian Subsidiary of Youngman UK. Three years later, he went onto buy the Indian entity and negotiated a smart deal with Youngman UK. He has since grown his equipment rental business across India.

We talk to Vanjul about how he leveraged Automation to scale his business to 18 locations and 6000 customers. He's obsessed with finding things to automate in his organization and has a dedicated tech team that launches new business applications to improve operations and unlock new revenue opportunities. He also has a unique Intern hiring policy that helps him identify new talent and groom them to becoming future leaders through the robust training practices implemented at Youngman India.
