This is a one take 'press record and talk' episode about my experience running 230km through the Arctic circle.

I talk a little about my preparation for the challenge but this episode is heavy on the mindset side of things and focuses heavily on the mental tools I used to get to the finish line after tearing my Achilles 86km from the end.

This was physically the hardest thing I've done in my entire life and I recorded it in one go so I hope you enjoy it.
