You go hire somebody offshore and spend 6 figures, sometimes even 3x what you spend on the actual software to have somebody implement and maintain it."

Nowadays, if you don't get the attention of a millennial buyer in their 30s or 20s, they're going to move on to go research some other solution. And so we have to go focus on that kind."
