As the first quarter comes to an end, Brett and Jonathan chat about their quarterly rocks, a goal-setting framework based on the EOS (entrepreneurial operating system). Create more launch-able moments and establish content syndication as the villain are two of the goals. Rock goals should be ambitious yet attainable; they aim to complete 80 percent of their rocks each quarter.
