In our Perfectionists Getting Shit Done Forum, one of our PGSDers asked whether changing circumstances means she should change her fitness goal to a business goal that’s a little more scary - or if she should keep it the same. This is a question that comes up so often, with all kinds of goals, that I thought I’d share my answer on the podcast!
