Legal ramifications of Prop 22

1. Prop 22 was specifically for Uber and Lyft drivers and then for organizations like DoorDash.  Now that it has at least temporarily been upheld by an appellate court, what does that do for the aspects of Prop 22 that touch the transportation industry.
2. Clarify this - Prop 22 was voted on by the state as a way to stop AB5 - which is a law that has not been adjudicated yet and certainly will be.  But AB5 affects truck drivers working as independent contractors  - yet Prop 22 being upheld does not affect truck drivers working as independent contractors - true?
3. Obviously this can go to the state supreme court and then the US Supreme Court and probably will.

1. We knew this was coming - is there any difference for Ohio residents seeing damages suffered in the derailment coming from the state suit and from a class action suit?
2. The number of suits as of Wednesday was 10, that number will surely grow.  Outside of the regulatory agencies overseeing the cleanup, what is NS’s biggest legal obstacle?
