He also added that aside from weekly meetings, it is also necessary to meet monthly to talk about quarterly rocks – how to improve the reps long term and how to get them to the next position in the company.

Salespeople got different personality types, they may like to talk and banter, so you ought to be prepared for the difference in the conversation.
