Nate Randall is the Founder and President of Ursa Major Consulting as well as the host of the Illuminate HR Podcast. Previous to that, he led HR and benefits roles with Washington Mutual, Safeway, and Tesla.

Nate and I dug deep into the ways in which the HR role needs to change and why that will be an enormous benefit to organizations everywhere. He shared a couple really cool stories from the crazy days of Tesla (like the day when every employee became a salesperson). Nate was way ahead of his time in bringing strategic solutions to HR and benefits efforts and the wisdom he shares on the podcast is so valuable.
