In this week's episode it was an absolute pleasure to catch up with the man, the myth, the legend that is Steve Tripp. We last spoke back in Episode 224 which was a really popular episode and a chat I really enjoyed. With so much knowledge and experience from his own training and the clients he had worked with, Steve speaks with an understanding of what it takes to build serious strength and muscle. Therefore, in this episode, we chatted about the training for strength versus hypertrophy as well as effort and intent when going into the gym.
