Today I'm chatting with Sarah Kay Hoffman, the founder of A Gutsy Girl and the creator of The Gutsy Girl's Bible: an approach to healing the gut. As a Certified Health Coach (CHC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Sarah is a wellness expert specializing in food allergies/intolerances, digestive health, and women’s issues.
