Eliminating Toxic People That Cause Emotional Stress Featuring Samantha Ruth

This week Tee was grateful to welcome Samantha Ruth to the podcast for a healing and reflective look at love, grief, and finding the power to move on. Samantha is a Transformational Psychologist, Speaker, and Best Selling Author, however, her world was shattered into millions of pieces when she unexpectedly lost her husband. Instead of giving up, Samantha turned her pain into helping others to do the same by guiding them to be their true selves not who they think they need to be, by embracing their differences, and by living life on their own terms. 

In their talk, Samantha and Tee explore the many ways that we can begin to cope with and find help healing from extreme grief and trauma. From taking in the healing power of nature to accepting the love of pets and animals, Samantha shares her wealth of knowledge and experience. In addition to addressing healing practices and mental wellness techniques, Samantha also addresses how toxic relationships and even family members can often contribute to our emotional stress and anxiety during times of loss. Though sometimes painful, she shares her advice with listeners on how to set boundaries in these relationships and if need be, how to cope with severing them completely. 

Samantha’s mission is to change the way the world views both grief and mental health, so people can openly speak about whatever issues they have and get the help they not only need but deserve without fear of judgment, labels, and repercussions.
