Rex Miller is a consultant, speaker, and the author of "The Healthy Workplace Nudge: How Healthy People, Culture, and Buildings Lead to High Performance". Mike Petrusky asks Rex about getting started with human behavior changes and explores how insights gained from new research on health and wellness in the workplace have shifted the conversation. Rex and his team used extensive studies to discover the the root problem with workplace wellness programs and suggest how organizations can make them more effective.
