Jen Broyles helps people activate their inner healer and unlock their full potential through breathwork. She uses the SOMA Breath method which takes fundamental Pranayama techniques put into a sequence that combines rhythmic breathing to beat-driven music for therapeutic healing and function. These breathing exercises become one’s toolbox of techniques that are used to treat or prevent a range of issues that may arise in in the body or mind.
Jen launched the Sacred Breath Community to create a space where people can implement and deepen their breathwork practice and experience growth, healing, and transformation. Through workshops, monthly breathwork meditations, live online classes, lectures from guest experts, and 1-on-1 coaching, members have a variety of modalities available to them at any time of day or night.
