- Think, rather than talk or listen to music.
- Choose your thoughts, gently redirecting them away from dark rabbit holes of repetitive negative narrative.
- Remind yourself that everything in this life is temporary.
Rise above the storm for a clearer view. Exercise your free thought, enjoy nature, and simply breathe.
These are little coping tips I use to protect my sanctity of free thought from today’s constant onslaught of lies, negativity, and violence emanating through controlled media as perpeTraitors of the Deep State/New World Order strive to regain controls lost in 2016.
