Her career choice was actually inspired by her own struggle with an eating disorder. Rachel knows exactly how it feels for everything you do to be ruled by thoughts of food and weight. However, one thing she is very keen to point out is that it’s not a one-size fits all approach when it comes to eating disorder recovery. In today’s episode we talk about how her work differs from traditional eating disorder therapy and why holistic support is so important.
