#6 - Chris Boettcher - Iron Mans, Building Mental Toughness, and Taking Risks Through Entrepreneurship
Chris Boettcher is a Twitter influencer, an online fitness coach, cofounder of brother2brotheru.com, and a 10X iron man. He was formally a physical therapist but decided to make a career switch in his mid 30's to become an entrepreneur and build his own personal brand. He has since grown his Twitter account to 50,000 followers and is one of the largest names in the online fitness space.
In this episode, Chris and I talk about the slippery slope of trying endurance training in grad school to eventually completing ten iron mans, how endurance training builds mental toughness and how it teaches you about yourself, as well as taking risks with entrepreneurship by using the internet.
