There's absolutely no place to hide in a time trial at the Tour de France - and today was a heck of a lot tighter than they have traditionally been in recent years.

It may not have shaken the GC up, but it certainly means we've got a proper race on our hands.

G wanted to give it his all but when he hit the climb, he decided to save his legs a little. That was just the start of his afternoon though, as he told Tom when he eventually made the massage table...
