One challenge that coaches frequently face is setting and matching expectations. It’s a challenge that we’ve encountered many times through the evolution of our company.

Despite our best efforts up front, we always get a few coaches joining our program with misaligned expectations. 

It’s honestly baffling!

As a coach, you may have encountered a client (or clients) who are totally on board with your offering, and then once you get started, their expectations are totally out of whack with the thing that you offer, despite the fact that you feel like you’ve been clear the whole time.

I’m on a mission to completely eliminate misaligned expectations.
