After the birth of her son in 2020, she began imperfectly creating change in her life, these changes, although for a better life, were met with many challenges along the way. As a teacher for the last 12 years, she is beginning to truly embody what she is really passionate about; holistic health and healing our body, mind, and spirit, with practices that allow us to truly come home to our most authentic self.
