Joining me today is parenting coach, Allana Robinson. Allana believes a helpful developmental tool can be the role of outdoor play (and why it needs to be done (from time-to-time) without parents!) Her coaching encourages parents to ditch the overwhelm (and confusion) so they can actually focus on things that matter (which is right up my alley!)
