Hehe owns Tranquility by Hehe, a concierge birth support company that focuses on preparing birthing people and their partners for the challenging, exciting, and joyful experience of childbirth. She does a great deal of educating through her hilarious - but on-the-money - Instagram and Tiktok accounts. She's also the host of 'The Birth Lounge Podcast', which might become required listening for anybody at any stage of their conception or pregnancy journey. We get into birth plans, setting boundaries, 'no means no', and we find common ground way outside the confines of the 'wu' closet. It's a great pleasure to have Hehe on the show!
