EC Came on AGAIN to answer some questions about Nutrition.
Masters in Nutrition and Crossfit Level 4 coach.
Her Mission is to help people stay away from diet 'trends' and fads that can often times be useless or even harmful long term.
In this episode EC tells her story of how she got into the nutrition space, why she is passionate in this subject and her mission in this space.
We had a LOT of questions in our FB community for her! She welcomed them and answered them with facts (not feelings :)

CONSISTENCY over INTENSITY is where it's at!! DOn't get so caught up in numbers... it's all about our daily habits over time.... DROWN OUT THE NOISE around you ... stay focused on your life and fitness and enjoy the journey!!!! )
