Connecting with John & Barbara Wingard

Meet John and Barbara Wingard, who have been at LMPC since 2007. John is a philosophy professor at Covenant College and currently serves at LMPC on the Session as vice-moderator. Barbara works in the records office at Covenant College and serves on the women's ministry committee at LMPC.

John shared a list of items to pray for the elders of LMPC:
~ wisdom
~ humble reliance on the Holy Spirit
~ enabling grace for faithful and fruitful service in their role as shepherds of the congregation
~ protection from sin and the instruments of sin, in their own hearts and in the world around us, especially in the face of cultural pressures that are hostile to faith in Jesus Christ
