Episode 036: Dan Harris of ABC News

In 2012 the National Health Interview Survey found that eight percent of American adults have meditated at least once. That's 18 million people using a form of meditation to better themselves. Dan Harris joins us for this episode to dive deep into the topic of meditation. He is the author of "10% Happier," "Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics" and Dan also has an app called "10% Happier" which helps people to learn and practice meditation.
