The beginning of the biggest storm that has affected the world this year, COVID-19, has proven to be the trigger for the other two massive storms that have gone through the US: the Black Lives Matter movement and the economic crisis.

A pandemic that has separated all of us physically, has brought us closer together in learning and fighting against racial injustice, has made us more empathic as the human race, and has taught us that the system that is meant to protect us, does not protect all of us equally.

Today, I urge you to become the leader that you have inside of you and to share your knowledge so as to become a beacon of possibility to lead the masses affected by the storm that has hit us. Today, I choose to get political in order to discuss the events that we are currently living, as well as offering some advice on how to properly deal with the consequences once these events disappear.
