However, when our mindset is not in the place that is serving us, we need to understand ways in which to re-frame it. One of the most effective ways to do this is exercise. Our physiology can have a dramatic positive impact on our psychology; from how our frame of mind can shift, the state we can put ourselves in and the overall "feel good" factor.
