In this weeks episode of The Podcast we are joined by Thomas Huyghe to talk a bit about training basketball players. Thomas has worked in the NBA and now with a top team in Belgium, and his travels has brought him quite a few huge lessons that have helped dictate how he handles his guys today. We discuss some of the differences he sees between European ball and the NBA (this isn’t just training but the game in and of itself), and his PhD. research in: travel fatigue, load monitoring, and training in professional basketball.
