Ep 11 | Flow and feeling low

"Really praying to God to take the pain away, take the anxiety away. I was experiencing a lot of thoughts of death and real fear of 'what is the point' and how can I go on. I wanted to quit my business and run away."

Welcome to episode 11. In this episode, I discuss the importance of finding balance between the highs and lows of life, between being always on or always off.

As someone who's lived in the extremes, I've struggled to find serenity in balance and normality. Although I'm not religious, I found myself praying to God to take the pain away.

Massive highs and lows can be experienced at any time; and I share my story in the hope it helps someone else feel comforted knowing they're not alone.
