Every day we use products in our homes and on our bodies that often contain hundredsof chemicals that can have really negative effects on our health. 

In today's episode I'm joined by my friend Kate Doubler, a busy mom of three, nurse and the author behind the blog Real Food RN to discuss really practical ways to create a healthy, natural home from the inside out.

Kate loves experimenting in her kitchen and coming up with all sorts of new and creative real food, cleaning and personal care recipes in the hopes of bettering the health of her family and anyone who follows her blog.

She wholeheartedly believes that prevention is the best medicine and her mission is to help everyone find the path to living the best, healthiest life possible!
