This episode we discuss a few squat tips and how to execute a great squat. The squat is the most functional movement of all time, and it’s rarely executed as such. The reason we don’t execute the squat constantly as adults is because it’s a skill we lose over time due to lack of use, lose of mobility, work etc. My goal is to help as many people as possible be the best them that they can be and exercise effectively and as safely as possible.
