When I returned from travelling and reflected on the experience, I realised there was one over-arching experience that impacted the person I had become. Having belief in who I am and finding a comfort zone within my own mind. I now make it a goal to create a space in my mind that is one of the safest places in the world. I want everyone to have this too, listen to find out how.
