Phillip Peatross was an easy-going, friendly, family-oriented man who started dating Caryn Kelley after the two met at the Hard Rock Hotel. After a little over a year together, Peatross was shot and killed in 2011, and after it was determined the story of the situation was just too unclear, Kelley’s motive was questioned.
