I'm getting personal and reflective in this episode, as I recount my journey with Human Design. We kick things off in my most difficult time in life - the 2014-2017 years. I walk you through what my life was like and how I was so completely out of alignment in my online business.

I cover my mental state and my mindset, how I was essentially living from my open spleen, open root, and open sacral during that time. And then came the inevitable crash that sent me to the ER in 2016. Along the way, there were signs that what I was doing wasn't working - but I pushed past them because I didn't know how to handle them. After all, I was doing exactly what the online business world said I needed to do to be successful. And you can imagine how that went for me.

Fortunately, I was introduced to Human Design at the end of 2017, but I didn't pay much attention to it until May 2018 (yeah - I'm facepalming over here). But once I did, things took off and I started to finally understand and realize what I had done wrong over the past few years. Hindsight is 20/20.

I also realized that even though my time living an unaligned life was painful, difficult, and frustrating, that helped shape me into who I am today - and I learned so much from that time. It's helped me be more empathetic towards people who are struggling - because I know what it's like. Join me in this episode to get my most detailed "origin story" yet - seriously.
